There is no limit to the number of people who can register in the WalkPort app. Each user will have their own unique username and password.

No, completing the user profile is optional. However, if your profile is not completed, your walking sessions will not be saved, and you will not have access to several app features.
The app collects the information you choose to provide in your user profile, along with data generated during your walking sessions. This includes standing time, walking time, number of steps, steps per minute, and average steps per minute.

No, the app is directly linked to the sensor on the WalkPort that collects the data.

Initial orders will be eligible for white glove service.
WalkPort should be placed in an area with easy access to a standard electrical outlet. Choose a location that provides sufficient open space for safe use and allows for proper clearance around the device. The area should be level, stable, and free of obstacles, making it easy to get on and off the device comfortably.
If your WalkPort package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not install or use the device. Take photos of the packaging and any visible damage, then contact our customer support team at support@walkport.com as soon as possible. We’ll help assess the issue and guide you through next steps, including repair or replacement if needed.

After you apply and are accepted into the program, you’ll receive specially tracked links, such as banners, widgets, or text links, to share on your website or other approved platforms.
When someone clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase on WalkPort.com within 30 days, that sale is credited to your affiliate account, and you earn a commission on the order.
It’s easy to get started. Just submit an affiliate application, and we’ll review it. You’ll hear from us within two business days regarding approval.
Affiliates must be current WalkPort users who are familiar with the product and its benefits. Applicants should also operate family‑friendly social media channels or platforms that align with WalkPort’s values. All affiliate applications are reviewed, and acceptance is subject to approval by WalkPort.

No, there is no charge to join the WalkPort Affiliate Program. It is free to sign up, and free to add banners, widgets and links to your site. You are responsible for all costs associated to your site.
