WalkPort deliveries are currently being scheduled to begin later this summer. Timing may vary based on order volume. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive confirmation with delivery details.
Initial orders will be eligible for white glove service.
WalkPort should be placed in an area with easy access to a standard electrical outlet. Choose a location that provides sufficient open space for safe use and allows for proper clearance around the device. The area should be level, stable, and free of obstacles, making it easy to get on and off the device comfortably.
If your WalkPort package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not install or use the device. Take photos of the packaging and any visible damage, then contact our customer support team at support@walkport.com as soon as possible. We’ll help assess the issue and guide you through next steps, including repair or replacement if needed.
