Returns made easy within 30 days, with clear steps and guidelines.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your WalkPort purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your WalkPort within 30 days of receipt.
Return Fees & Conditions
- 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non‑refundable due to the size and weight of the WalkPort.
- $250 return shipping fee will be charged.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Excessive wear and tear
- Missing parts
- Damage caused by improper use
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service
Email support@walkport.com or call 952‑855‑1001 to begin the return. - Receive a Return Authorization (RA#)
Customer Service will issue an RA#, which is required for all returns. - Schedule Return Shipment
We will coordinate the pickup and provide you with a pickup date.
Please note: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order after it has shipped, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, even if you have not yet received the product.
This return policy applies to products purchased directly from WalkPort and delivered within the United States.
